This is a master planned 180-acre development in Norwalk on the growing west-side of town across from Orchard Hills Elementary and St John’s Catholic Church.  Stanbrough Realty Company created a neighborhood: including a pond, city park, next to a golf course, and a variety of lot sizes and types.
